Born in Tipp City, Ohio, January 11, 1953; admitted to bar, 1977, Ohio and U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio; 1979, U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio. Education: The Ohio State University (B.S., with honors, 1974; J.D., 1977). Thomas E. Dysinger started his own practice in Tipp City in 1981.

Kathryn M. Huffman
Kathryn has significant experience serving as the Guardian Ad Litem for children in Domestic Relations and Juvenile Court and is a trained mediator. Kathryn is an active leader in the community and has lived in Tipp City for over thirty years. She currently serves as the President of the Tipp City Council, President of the Community Improvement Corporation and is a board member of the Downtown Tipp City Partnership.
